I am afraid to look here when there is a new post.  I don't want to read bad news.  Give that sweet puppy lots of love from all of us.   :grouphug;   :grouphug;

we paid 400.00 for Lady Bird and the breeders sent me a check for $200 - they requested to pay two payments - one on each of the next two Fridays ( last Friday was the second Friday)
now, they changed their minds and they do not want to pay us anymore -- we have only had Lady Bird since June
she should live at least 12 years -- a healthy dog would
I don't know what to do -- we paid for a healthy dog -- we thought
they are letting us keep her until she dies - that way they do not have to pay to put her down -
and I am thinking they can avoid finding out if the problem with Lady Bird is genetic -- they sold 5 of her litter with the buyers wanting to breed
what do I do
they say it does not matter because the are not really breeders - I guess they mean there is nothing we can do
I am not after money that is not fair -- I want to get another puppy when Lady Bird goes -
 :(

Take them to small claims court. You will recoup the $200 plus court fees.

So sorry to hear about Lady Bird. Just keep doing what your doing..loving and spoiling her.  Hopefully when it is her time to go she will just fall asleep and not wake up...very peaceful. She is a very cute puppy! Take care.

I hope she lives at least as long as the breeder!   :cuddle;

right now Lady Bird is trying to chew my feet -
she is a clown
she is still alive but seems to rest more -
she drives Yogi crazy with wanting to play -
she is very long and has sharp teeth
I want her to have every comfortable moment of life that God allows her-
and thanks for asking
I appreciate it  :flower;

Twirl you are a good doggy mommy.  My new baby is sleeping right now.  I hope I have her a long time, but I already worry about losing her.  I guess I should not worry and just enjoy the time I have.  She is so small I've almots lost her twice.  She has to wear her harness and leash now becaues she won't come to me yet and runs.

am I right
and I got an egg shell thing for dialysis and it is a twin size -- less than 10.00
hope it helps my ass bottom
wonder if they would give me a shot in each side of my bottom to numb me ---
oh wait, that would sting too much and I would have to pull my pants down

she is still with us and she is getting so long -
she is enjoying every moment of life she has -
wish every animal in the world could have such a life -
right now she is drinking out of the pool -
maybe pool water is the answer ?????
we love her so much --
as long as she has a quality of life --- she will not be put down
however, I do not want her to suffer needlessly
thanks so much for you concern -
it means a lot to me  :pray;
